Exhorbitantly expensive,sub standard service.
We had wall paneling installed seven months ago by this company. The installation was quoted as requiring one days site access, after three days the work was still not complete, the owner said that he would return a month later to complete the job as he has lots of other work to do. I did not accept this and insisted that he complete the work first, the work was completed the next day. Seven months later and the panelling is peeling off the walls, substandard workmanship and ridiculously expensive which we have subsequently discovered.

Backyard mechanics
Unreliable, unprofessional, " back yard" type company, technicians guess at finding faults, was told that the gate's mother board was faulty, I asked if that was all that was wrong, reply was " 100% only motherboard" I paid R3800 for a new board, next day the problem persisted, the Autogate circus offered me R1000 discount off the price of a new motor (R9850) for the mother board which was unnecessarily installed 12 hrs earlier. I was able to source the same type of motor from another service provider for R2500 cheaper. technicians were on every occasion late by at least 90min, "head office" is slow to respond and Unreliable, recommend shopping around before using Autogate.

You have a greater than two thirds chance of being let down by these clowns
67% of the reviews of these clowns performance are a 1, the lowest rating available, in other words, if you use CCD couriers you have more than two thirds chance of being disappointed or let down. Exactly what has happened to me yet again, 5th year in a row, CCD makes an appointment and then phones 30 min before to say that they won't be able to make it at all. And then they expect me to sit around all day tomorrow to repeat the process. Why are you still using this bunch RMB ? Back hands, bribes ? who knows...have some pride man, change couriers.

<p>In Nov 2015 this company ran a deal that offered 6gb/m for R39, great deal. I bought a years subscription up front. The first sign of deceitful advertising was that the user actually only gets 3gb but "will get another 3gb abroad", I travel extensively around the globe and was not able to find one international airport on my travels that supports this company. When I tried to renew the deal for a further year last week (the R39/3gb is still a good deal) I was told that it doesn't exist anymore, however when I look on my user profile it does. I sent the support centre a screenshot showing the availability of the deal and instead of a written reply I received voicemail from a consultant that I could barely understand. Further to this I received an email from the support centre complaining that they actually have to leave a message and don't get to speak with me. They have closed the case number without any answer. False advertising to say the least !</p>

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
We contracted this company to relocate our household goods from JHB to WC. Goods arrived 3 days late without any explanation or update we had to call their \operations\" department who could not provide any information on the whereabouts but who undertook to get back to us which didn't happen. Certain Items did not arrive at our new home, the MD/GM and sales rep do not respond to emails or telephone messages. More than two months ago we followed due process as per Eezi move's nominated process and have submitted our claim via registered mail, couriers have confirmed receipt of our complaint and photographs by the GM/MD. As we have had no response from either parties, or anyone else in fact, regarding our complaint, we have interpreted their tacit acquiesce as acknowledgment of being in possession of our goods and have subsequently laid criminal theft charges against the sales rep, MD/GM in their personal capacity as well as against Eezi Move as a legal person."
