Isabella Garcia Perfume Volume

I have X4 perfume bottles which do not empty properly. Quite a substantial amount of perfume remains unlike other perfumes I have used.

Their straw is too short therefore cannot reach the bottom and corners to drain the last amount.

Their response is that the bottle is 30ml but they actually put in 35ml as they are aware that 5ml remains behind.

I'm not satisfied with that response.

Seeing that I bought four perfumes with 5ml left over in each, I have lost out on 20ml of perfume. The perfume is very expensive, 20ml is a lot.
