I would like to appreciate the attention and consideration that they handled my dissatisfaction with. Not only did they act swiftly, they gave me what I requested.
Nimble group gave me different payment arrangements as a settlement offer. I want to settle immediately with the lowest settlement offer. Siso is flatly refusing asking me where do I think his salary will come from of I don't settle. Please assist so I can pay the R14 000 they agreed on yesterday (27/10/2025) I stead of the R19 000 he is enforcing upon me now. I have the settlement letter from yesterday on email (R14 000). Kind intervene as I will like to settle now (R14 000).
Mlungisi Kubayi worked o my car. Fixxr sent me WhatsApp reminding me of the appointment an hour prior to that. Mxolisi called 15miutes before arrival to notify me he was about to arrive. He arrived at 1pm on the dot and he came from the South of Joburg whilst I'm in East of Joburg. He is thorough and explained everything to me in layman's terms to understand my car issues. He kept on updating Fixxr as he was busy fixing the car. Fixxr initially requires 50% of the payment and the rest once the job is complete. As soon as he's done with the job you get an update of the next steps of the process. As soon I had made payment I got the full report of the assessment and the recommendation. I am now a Fixxr client👏🏽👏🏽
I have X4 perfume bottles which do not empty properly. Quite a substantial amount of perfume remains unlike other perfumes I have used. Their straw is too short therefore cannot reach the bottom and corners to drain the last amount. Their response is that the bottle is 30ml but they actually put in 35ml as they are aware that 5ml remains behind. I'm not satisfied with that response. Seeing that I bought four perfumes with 5ml left over in each, I have lost out on 20ml of perfume. The perfume is very expensive, 20ml is a lot.
I had an enquiry and Dawid van Rensburg noticed that there was going to be a delay to sort out my issue using watsapp. He immediately gave me a call, very friendly and helpful. Sorted my concern in no time. Sincerely appreciated Dawid. 5 Stars to you... kee it up!!
