Isivande Fish and Koi Ponds
Our koi fish pond pump just stopped working on the Saturday of the Easter Weekend. I called this company early Monday, as by now I was really worried about my fish. I was very grateful that my pond could be sorted out within a few hours. I spoke to Nardus who is the owner of the company. He came out within a few hours ready for whatever the problem was. He even had a new pump on hand. I am so impressed and happy with the friendly, professional service, from people who know well what they’re doing! And are ready available when they’re needed. I highly recommend Isivande

Excellent service
Not often I feel compelled to write a review on a business, but don't really know how else to thank Nardus and the team for helping me out! My pump and filter stopped working on 28 Dec, and I didn't know how I was going to get it repaired in this time of the year and keep the fish alive. Nardus and his team were there the next day and fixed the problem. The pump (as I suspected) needed replacing (it would turn for a couple of minutes then stop). Wynand showed me the piece of the pump that had worn down completely. The filter also needed a proper clean (which I hadn't been doing), which was a job for a strong stomach!!! They got everything working better than before, and gave me a crash course on how to maintain the pond. Thanks so much!!!

Do not do business with these people. After a negotiation, we settled on a price for them to collect 100s of Khoi fish from our pond. After they collected the fish, Nardus only paid is 80% of the agreed upon amount. He shrugged his shoulders and then LIED and said that we lowered the price. Nardus and his workers are scum!!! We were helpless against him and his workers!! We will be opening a case at the police!! Don't buy from them, they claim to import fish, however they simply buy from struggling business where they take advantage.

Problem resolved
<p>It appears Ultrazap did change their design to a more accurate setup. The previous 25L unit was in fact a 28L, hence the visual size difference. The new unit measures 24.4L.</p> <p> </p> <p>My apologies to Isivande Fish ponds.</p>

<p>Hi. I recently purchased a 25L 8W Gravity filter from Isivande Fishponds. I paid a sum of R 1840 for a 50mm hosetail reducer. R 1770 + R 35 X 2 = R 1840. Unfortunately Cobus's assistant gave me a 15L Gravity filter and only one hosetail reducer. </p> <p> </p> <p>For or your information Cobus, a 25L Ultrazap Gravity filter measures 61,5cm and not 54cm. I have already to compare with, and no, Ultrazap has not changed their design. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have phoned on numerous occasions with no answer - straight to voicemail.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I require another trip to have this bad service corrected.</p> <p> </p> <p>Cheers</p> <p>Asad</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
