I purchased tickets for the Blue concert originally scheduled for 8 March 2025. The event was postponed to 14 October 2025, and I’m unable to attend the new date. Over 5 months, I sent more than 10 emails to TopTickets (Cool Concerts) and iTickets requesting a refund. I was either ignored or given vague, unhelpful responses. Their latest email states that “they facilitated refunds up to the original concert date. Thereafter tickets remain valid and transferrable.” So they claim they can’t refund me, despite the change in event date and my repeated efforts to contact them since February. Their communication has been appalling, and their handling of this situation feels dishonest and dismissive. If you’re considering buying from TopTickets or iTickets, beware—they do not stand by their customers. This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I won’t be using either company again.
