I purchased tickets for the Blue concert originally scheduled for 8 March 2025. The event was postponed to 14 October 2025, and I’m unable to attend the new date. Over 5 months, I sent more than 10 emails to TopTickets (Cool Concerts) and iTickets requesting a refund. I was either ignored or given vague, unhelpful responses. Their latest email states that “they facilitated refunds up to the original concert date. Thereafter tickets remain valid and transferrable.” So they claim they can’t refund me, despite the change in event date and my repeated efforts to contact them since February. Their communication has been appalling, and their handling of this situation feels dishonest and dismissive. If you’re considering buying from TopTickets or iTickets, beware—they do not stand by their customers. This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I won’t be using either company again.

Disgusted by their customer service. We haven’t even managed to book/purchase our graduation gown yet as they keep messing us around. Very rude and unhelpful people working there.
I have not been able to receive emails since the morning of Thursday 16th. Been phoning them regularly and they keep you on hold for half an hour. Only to be told they are aware of the problem and working on it. 5 days later and they are not taking calls due to a technical problem. This is beyond ridiculous. I have been waiting for urgent emails and there is no way I can retrieve them.
This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Our packages have been sitting at their warehouse for weeks. No one answers their phones. We’ve been trying to phone since 15 December. When I complained to SHEIN about their courier company all they wanted to do was refund me and return my package. Shocking service!
Aramex is the worst courier company ever. They have been sitting with my package since 7 Dec. I paid customs immediately and now it has been sitting in transit for 2 weeks. Wouldn’t even rate them 1-star. DON’T USE THEM!!
Cotton On/Typo have changed their terms and conditions with regards to their Perks loyalty cards..... For every R1000 you spend you receive a R100 voucher. But you can only redeem this voucher if you purchase an item to the value of R200 or more. I spend R6000+ over December and received 6 x R100 vouchers. I can only redeem these vouchers if I purchase items to the value of R1200 or more. Therefore I am putting in R600 cash together with the R600 vouchers. This is just another way for Cotton On/Typo/Factorie to make more profit and get us to spend more money at their stores. What is the point of a perks card and receiving vouchers if we have to pay more money to redeem them? This is a complete rip off.
