Last year I purchased tickets for a concert on a special deal.
It was a buy 1 get one free deal.
This was purchased from ITickets. I got my order confirmation, everything was good.
Then I received an email link to print my concert tickets. I could not print them. It said that I could only print the tickets end of June. The concert was supposed to be in March. Why would I only be able to print the tickets after the event. Does not make sense.
I called ITickets and was told that a new company has taken over the event and that my tickets are still valid and that I should not worry.
No one advised me that the concert was postponed. No one advised me that a new company took over the even, I had to call and find out what was going on. I was still getting emails to say that I need to print my tickets.
I then called TopTickets and was told that my tickets are still valid and not to worry.
Then I get an email from ITickets that I need to give my banking details for my refund.
I emailed back to say that I never asked for a refund and not to cancel my tickets.
ITickets called me and said that I need to get my refund and then repurchase through TopTickets.
But this is unfair, because I purchased my 2 tickets on special for a 2 for 1 deal. So I only paid for 1 ticket and got 2.
Now if I have to repurchase through TopTickets I can't get thay same deal. And I would have to pay double.
I don't know what is going on.
I am sure that ITickets are going to refund me.
I am sure in this mess that you have lost a lot of people who were going to go to the concert.
I have been trying to call TopTickets. But no one answers. I have left messages. But no reply.
The worst service I have ever experienced.
