Last year I purchased tickets for a concert on a special deal. It was a buy 1 get one free deal. This was purchased from ITickets. I got my order confirmation, everything was good. Then I received an email link to print my concert tickets. I could not print them. It said that I could only print the tickets end of June. The concert was supposed to be in March. Why would I only be able to print the tickets after the event. Does not make sense. I called ITickets and was told that a new company has taken over the event and that my tickets are still valid and that I should not worry. No one advised me that the concert was postponed. No one advised me that a new company took over the even, I had to call and find out what was going on. I was still getting emails to say that I need to print my tickets. I then called TopTickets and was told that my tickets are still valid and not to worry. Then I get an email from ITickets that I need to give my banking details for my refund. I emailed back to say that I never asked for a refund and not to cancel my tickets. ITickets called me and said that I need to get my refund and then repurchase through TopTickets. But this is unfair, because I purchased my 2 tickets on special for a 2 for 1 deal. So I only paid for 1 ticket and got 2. Now if I have to repurchase through TopTickets I can't get thay same deal. And I would have to pay double. I don't know what is going on. I am sure that ITickets are going to refund me. I am sure in this mess that you have lost a lot of people who were going to go to the concert. I have been trying to call TopTickets. But no one answers. I have left messages. But no reply. The worst service I have ever experienced.

Great Service. They take their time to explain to you what the policy is all about and making sure that you know what is going on. I spoke to Tarryn Wright who was very helpful and kind.

I lose out on Data. I cannot call out, sms.</p> <p>Is this fair?</p> <p>I don’t see how I should be paying penalties because of your pathetic accounts department.</p> <p>Is it so difficult to update my debit order details?</p> <p>I want my account cleared of penalties. I want my debit order details changed. And I want my Vodacom service up and running again. I am livid. <br />For some reason Vodacom refuses to change my Vodacom account to my new banking details, no matter how many times I fill in the forms...<br />Each month I have to go into a Vodacom store and pay my account, because paying it online also doesn't work. No surprise there.<br />So I go into Vodacom to pay my account for October, and the guy behind the desk says that there is no amount reflecting on my account, but he says that I can pay it anyway. So I pay my total monthly amount. A few days later Vodacom tries to debit my account, even though I have already paid. But because my Vodacom account is still on my old banking details, the amount that they tried to debit bounced and now I am sitting with a R 100 penalty fee once again. <p>Got a Raz Tech tempered glass screen protector. Big mistake. Does not stick in one corner because glass is bent.</p> <p>Does not look the same as it is in the photo.</p> <p>Has a weird open space at the bottom of the glass for no reason. There are no button on my screen! Useless.</p> <p>And there are strange white/grey spots on/inside the glass.</p> <p> </p>
A lady from DHL phoned. I answered the way I normally do, saying the company's name, etc. She asked to speak to someone in the accounts department about payment. Being the beginning of the year, there are still some people on leave. And there is only one person in the creditors department right now at my work. So I told the DHL lady that the gent in creditors is not at his desk at the moment and that the rest are still on leave and I asked her if she would like to leave a message. Then she went all ballistic! She REFUSED to leave a message and she demanded to speak to someone in charge. And the person in charge was exactly the person who was not at his desk. I informed her that I will give him the message. But she refused to take that as an answer. She went off at me. Wanting to speak to our MD (who isn't here most of the time) and then she said sarcastically that \Who must I then speak to? The manager of Africa?"I kept quiet. Because I will not stoop down to her level. I eventually found our Financial Manager and put the call through. Turns out she had the wrong company the whole time. Next time open your ears. And make sure you are at the right place. What a rude woman."""
