Glass shards on table

Before our arrival a waited broke a glass on our table it was not properly cleaned up and cut my daughter on her hand during drinking a ****tail. The manageress was extremely nonchalant, came back later to apologize. Imagine have your food like in my case a small piece of steak fell out of your plate and then eating it with glass shards....
