Have been shopping with Jackson's for years and the recent manager at Bryanston has an attitude with me when I request for them to provide chicken hearts that were not shelved and being taken out from truck. They wanted me to wait an exorbitant amount of time without them actually doing anything to speed up the process because I traveled from Pretoria just for these items. They did nothing to listen to me and did everything to provide excuses. I don't need long lines of excuses, I just need someone to actively check when I can receive the stock as I dont have an hour to wait for them. I have raised a complaint with the next level management in command and they blame me for my attitude. They are getting away with treating customers badly and blaming the customer.
Update 1: The person I raised a complaint against, said that I swore him, which is an outright lie. I will not deal with Jackson going forward. Just ludicrous how they can treat customers and outright lie. There is no going back to a retailer that has this level of ********* behaviour from staff.
Update 2: Management now says I am abusive to the team. These are deeply unfounded accusations. I have done nothing but ensure my delivery was done in a matter that did not spoil items nor delivered at an odd hour. This is really aggravating.
