Driver keeps food item packages in front seat in heat. When asked to redeliver makes a ton of excuses. Not even providing location for me to collect directly. Does not provide a time. We have to wait on their time.
Would like to lay a complaint against delivery driver for order GE2512110025264. They kept me waiting in the rain, delaying handing over of parcel as I stand in the rain, notifying them about my circumstances continue to smile and laugh, I find it very disrespectful.
re-posting from Google Maps: Have been shopping with Jackson's for years and the recent manager at Bryanston has an attitude with me when I request for them to provide chicken hearts that were not shelved and being taken out from truck. They wanted me to wait an exorbitant amount of time without them actually doing anything to speed up the process because I traveled from Pretoria just for these items. They did nothing to listen to me and did everything to provide excuses. I don't need long lines of excuses, I just need someone to actively check when I can receive the stock as I dont have an hour to wait for them. I have raised a complaint with the next level management in command and they blame me for my attitude. They are getting away with treating customers badly and blaming the customer. Update 1: The person I raised a complaint against, said that I swore him, which is an outright lie. I will not deal with Jackson going forward. Just ludicrous how they can treat customers and outright lie. There is no going back to a retailer that has this level of ********* behaviour from staff. Update 2: Management now says I am abusive to the team. These are deeply unfounded accusations. I have done nothing but ensure my delivery was done in a matter that did not spoil items nor delivered at an odd hour. This is really aggravating.

My estimation of delivery time based on their shipping options page would be 1-3 days for main areas. I later find out it is 3-5 days. If I knew that I would only receive the item the following week I would not have ordered. I asked for a refund and am only now in the process which will take 10 days for a refund and potentially 10% handling fee. All of which was hidden upon the initial solution fault finding communication for delivery and am only made aware of their policy today.
0 slots available consistently. From Monday 8am. The slots have not been opened. Going to the licensing department in Centurion, I am not allowed to get my license renewed if I have not booked a slot. If I only get a temporary license without booking a slot, I will have to pay for an additional eye exam R55, photos R55, and get another certified copy of ID and complete the DL1 forms again.
