We bought chairs from Jdp Interiors in December 2017 by using the Bid or Buy platform , had to pay upfront , after waiting for weeks and receiving poor service we eventually received the 6 chairs but the the colour of the leather used was wrong . After informing the manufacturer and driver that the colour was wrong ( they knew it was nit the colour we asked for ), I was told that Jdp 's owner ( Jahne that never answers his phone) , told them just deliver . I have tried everything to get help from JDP and Bid or Buy but all i am receiving is lies from both parties. How can you help me Hendrik ********** 666

I purchased 2 Hexagon side tables from Jahne Duplessis Interiors and I was suprised by the prompt delivery and fanastic service I had received. I do admit that I was sceptical to order from him especially with the reviews that I read on Hellopeter however his approach towards me was quite the opposite. I purchased 2 Hexagon side tables from Jahne Duplessis Interiors and I was suprised by the prompt delivery and fanastic service I had received. I bought a couch three week ago on the 27th of August with Jahne du plessis interiors online store and I paid the couch cash same day and I being told that they will place my order once my payment has been cleared meaning when the money is reflecting on their account and they told me that my couch will be delivered on the 12th or 13th of October, after seven working days of the purchase, ok I accepted that because is according to their terms and condition On the 12th the day of delivery no one is calling me or arranging with me regarding the delivery, I had to sent them an email checking what happening, they gave me details of the guy who was suppose to do the delivery and I called the guy with airtime asking him what happening, the guy told me that he's waiting for stock from the warehouse the couch is not delivered as yet but the following day the couch will delivered cutting the long story short, the couch was delivered after two days with a different colour I ordered. The nextday Jahne du plessis interior, they send me an email about the delivery fee that I need to pay without calling me and asking if I received the couch in a right condition and if is what I ordered no, they just telling me about the delivery money that I am supposed to pay. The owner Jahne calls me after replying to their email with what I mentioned above, telling me that they will come and pickup the couch and remanufacture the couch for me with the right colour, I experienced the same thing again.....they were suppose to pickup the couch yesterday still they didn't pitch, no calling and letting me know what happening, today morning Jahne is calling and telling me that the pickup with happen between 4pm to 4h30pm, I had rush from work to @ home to make sure I'm @ home during that time to accommodate them, I waited and calling and that time I'm the one's calling checking what happening, they end up pitching up @ my place @ 7:30 pm to pick-up the couch since from 4pm. I hope that I will get my couch this time around without going through too much trouble, the store customer service is very poor and bad and they are not even professional.
