We bought chairs from Jdp Interiors in December 2017 by using the Bid or Buy platform , had to pay upfront , after waiting for weeks and receiving poor service we eventually received the 6 chairs but the the colour of the leather used was wrong . After informing the manufacturer and driver that the colour was wrong ( they knew it was nit the colour we asked for ), I was told that Jdp 's owner ( Jahne that never answers his phone) , told them just deliver . I have tried everything to get help from JDP and Bid or Buy but all i am receiving is lies from both parties. How can you help me Hendrik ********** 666

I purchased 2 Hexagon side tables from Jahne Duplessis Interiors and I was suprised by the prompt delivery and fanastic service I had received. I do admit that I was sceptical to order from him especially with the reviews that I read on Hellopeter however his approach towards me was quite the opposite. I bought a couch three week ago on the 27th of August with Jahne du plessis interiors online store and I paid the couch cash same day and I being told that they will place my order once my payment has been cleared meaning when the money is reflecting on their account and they told me that my couch will be delivered on the 12th or 13th of October, after seven working days of the purchase, ok I accepted that because is according to their terms and condition On the 12th the day of delivery no one is calling me or arranging with me regarding the delivery, I had to sent them an email checking what happening, they gave me details of the guy who was suppose to do the delivery and I called the guy with airtime asking him what happening, the guy told me that he's waiting for stock from the warehouse the couch is not delivered as yet but the following day the couch will delivered cutting the long story short, the couch was delivered after two days with a different colour I ordered. The nextday Jahne du plessis interior, they send me an email about the delivery fee that I need to pay without calling me and asking if I received the couch in a right condition and if is what I ordered no, they just telling me about the delivery money that I am supposed to pay. The owner Jahne calls me after replying to their email with what I mentioned above, telling me that they will come and pickup the couch and remanufacture the couch for me with the right colour, I experienced the same thing again.....they were suppose to pickup the couch yesterday still they didn't pitch, no calling and letting me know what happening, today morning Jahne is calling and telling me that the pickup with happen between 4pm to 4h30pm, I had rush from work to @ home to make sure I'm @ home during that time to accommodate them, I waited and calling and that time I'm the one's calling checking what happening, they end up pitching up @ my place @ 7:30 pm to pick-up the couch since from 4pm. I hope that I will get my couch this time around without going through too much trouble, the store customer service is very poor and bad and they are not even professional.

Policy is 5-7 days to delivery after receipt of deposit. On receipt of 50% deposit manufacturing of couch will commence. A day before delivery i received an call informing me of my choice of fabric that is out of stock. Because I had no couch at that stage I had to settle for second choice fabric and wait another few days for couch to be delivered. Jahne du Plessis, the owner, offered a credit for the inconvenience whicj I accepted, 3 weeks later and I still do not have the money.

I made a full payment for a couch and expected it to be delivered 3-5 days which turned to 10 days n to date no couch, this company takes peoples money and dont deliver, ive asked for a refund n i was asked to fill in a refund form and i will have to wait for 5-10 working days to be refunded. It is such a nightmare

My wife and I bought a couch from Jahne du Plessis interiors for R 10 999, and asked for it to be delivered the next week. This delivery date was confirmed by their staff, and I stayed at home to take delivery of the couch. They were a no-show, without any communication. When I inquired about the issue, I was told the couch was damaged in transit and had to be repaired. As they outsource their delivery that's a possibility and out of their hands, so we were patient and waited for the repairs. They did not provide any update unless I asked for it, and it took two weeks for them to get the couch repaired despite minor damages (that's more than twice as long as it supposedly took them to make it). After many inquiries they provided a new delivery date, and again they were a no-show. As the delivery date was on a public holiday, we were not able to contact them at the time. I did not question the fact that it was a public holiday when they confirmed the date to me, as I assume they know when their drivers would be on duty. The next day they informed us that their drivers weren't working as it was a public holiday, but that the couch had been dispatched (!!) from Port Elisabeth earlier that morning (despite delivery at our address in the Cape Town suburbs being confirmed the week before). They also gave us the number of a driver, a number which always went straight to voicemail, and informed us later that day that the couch had arrived in Somerset West, some 40-odd kilometers from our house - that was the Thursday afternoon. My wife asked that the couch would be delivered to our house the same day, but that query did not get a response. The delivery date was thus set for the next day, a Friday, and again they were a no-show. We now struggle to get anyone on the phone, as our calls are being denied or the phone rings until it goes to voicemail, and we get delayed responses via email. Debbie, the lady who assisted us with our order, initially said that if we wanted a refund it would be readily available, but has since come back with some objections and the fact that they now need to talk to their manufacturer to see if a refund can be given. (I never dealt with the manufacturer, I paid Jahne du Plessis interior and I expect them to give me my money back - no one else). We have since discovered that a number of people had the same issues with Jahne du Plessis interior, where goods were never delivered for over 3 months despite continuous promises being made to them. As far as I can see there is no real proof that the couch ever existed and this looks like a scam to me. We will thus open a police case and let our lawyers handle this, or open a court case against Jahne du Plessis interiors at the Small Claims Court.
