I placed an order with Jolly Grubber Albert Street via the MrD app. There was a slight error and upon calling the store immediately to notify them not to make the food or go ahead with the order for which the funds were already deducted they told me to Call the MrD call centre and they can assist to change the order. Only for the MrD call centre to mess me around, after speaking to the 4th person they said I was informed incorrectly and the restaurant has already made the order and nothing can be done. This was literally a few minutes after calling. It was Impossible that the order or food rather was even done a percentage yet I was told the order was made completely already and ready for collection just a mere 15 minutes after placing it. The restaurant manager, Nafisa and the people I spoke to were all deceptive and absolutely unhelpful. I even said if they can please have it delivered I will gladly pay for delivery and they said MrD can sort it out, only to be told by the MrD agent that they cannot do that. Clearly now we know how they make their money. Off unsuspecting clients who ask for help but are given the run around. Deceptive store and staff and pathetic service.
