Horrible service at Jump for Joy Warercrest Mall

I brought in 5 kids to have fun. 2 were teenagers, 2 were 10yrs and little one was 3yrs. After paying for an exorbitant amount I was told in order for my 3 yr old to play with her cousins (the other 4 kids) she need to pay an extra R100 of which I was ok with. Then they told me I need to pay R170 for an adult who will be supervising. Mind you the adult was there not playing but keeping an eye on the kids. Who in their right mind will pay for just standing in there and do nothing. The staff were rude. I’ll never visit that place again, even if you pay me to.
