Unhappy customer

I went with my kids today 2/06/2024 for the first time to watercrest Jump for Joy. I had sent an email to book a slot and i was late for my time 10 mints which i didn’t mind .We will just use the time we still have. So we didn’t get the do’s and don’t we late I understand my fault but when my child jumps at a certain area she is told no don’t do that don’t sit or stand there. Okay thats fine telling someone the do’s and don’t but the manner of approach totally totally poor . He made me even feel some kinder way when I eventually came close to them coz now they just standing .Im busy taking pictures and he wants to keep passing/patrolling just us.
