I would caution other online buyers to be very wary of this company.
I am deeply disappointed in you guys, after seeing all the good reviews I thought this is a good reputable company oh boy was I wrong…. I did an online order on August 2, 2022 at 5:42 pm Order number #7033. All the items selected showed in stock it’s now more than a month later and I still have not received all my goods, best part is you did not even notify me that the order will be a partial order, I sent 4 emails to yusufkarani@icloud.com during the month to find out what’s going on. And you did not even bother to respond that is very unprofessional in my opinion. Please pay my ousting orders money back. NOTE I would caution other online buyers to be wary of this company.

What a great experience, go for it...
What a wonderful company and online service, they had items at very good prices, I am a first time buyer so I must say I do NOT have all the knowhow of what goes where and what runs together, well a couple of quick messages and the owner sorted me out you can take this you will need that very professional, you as a consumer may go ahead and enjoy very good service I feel happy about my service received and I am so enjoying all me new toys.

Daylight Robbery - Online purchase.
Unethical business practice. I purchased a box of 9mm blank cartridges online from this store on 29 Nov 2021 and after a week i do not get any correspondence from the store. I paid with my credit card via Paypal and have the receipt for it. On 7 Dec 2021 i emailed the store to query the purchase only to be told that i have to read the "Fine print" and fill in the register (which i did). They stated that only of i purchased the blank gun from their store will they sell the item to me (at their discretion). This is daylight robbery. They are hiding behind their so called "Terms and Conditions - No Refunds or Exchanges". They should never have accepted payment until all requirements are met. I will advise anyone not to deal with such people. They have literally Stolen my money and do not care to communicate with me or honour the sale.

Next level customer service!
Mr Yusuf, owner of Karani Outdoor and Tactical is such amazing gentleman. I purchased a PCP pellet gun from him a few months back and had amazing service through the whole purchase and the after sale service is amazing. Excellent advise and friendly service. I am now looking at buying another pellet gun and he has spent hours testing different settings and fulfilling my needs as the customer. Mr Yusuf. Thank you for this amazing service and for always going above and beyond. I do not see how anyone could go anywhere else for their outdoor and Tactical needs with next level service like that! Much appreciated.

Next level customer service!
Mr Yusuf, owner of Karani Outdoor and Tactical is such amazing gentleman. 100% Dangerous, can Blow up in your face, No guarantee, No refund
We bought a blank gun. We fired 30 shots, the slide cracked on the first day The gun blew up in my face(with gun powder) . We contacted the supplier who told us that, the gun was not designed to be fired more than once, No guarantee No refund. Not made for south african conditions.
