Worst service ever, we did not expect this from OUTsurance. We had an incident in which the geyser ruptured at the top, spraying water onto the ceiling. The ceiling collapsed due to water accumulation in the room, and the room was flooded. This was reported on the 7th of January 2026 to OUTsurance, the claim number (423946908). They only fixed the geyser, but so far, nothing has been done about the rotting carpet. They said the ceiling will be done on the 5th of February 2026. It's really bad, the smell is horrific, and the hot, humid air in Mpumalanga is making it way worse. We have called OUTsurance multiple times to explain the situation, and they say they will get back to us. So far, nothing. It's my dad's house, and he is wheelchair-bound and is very sick. Not cool, OUTsurance, you are failing your elderly client, who is a dedicated customer. It's been nearly a month now since this case was opened. The next step is the ombudsman.

I recently opened an account with Fedex as I am receiving a package from the AU. i got an email from Lebohang Eleanor Mosenyi on the Wednesday, 15 March 2023 16:26 requesting my Id number if its for personal use and an Importers code and VAT number. I sent a copy of my Id to her and informed her that im, not a business it was a once of personal package. She did not bother to respond, I got another email from her today Monday, 20 March 2023 11:09 requesting an Itac permit i have no idea what that is i sent her an email to please explain as i don't understand still no feedback. I called the telephone numers and they are just ringing | Office +27 10 300 1777 ext. 1946 | Huntline +27 10 300 1945. Apparently, the package arrived on the 17th Tracking Number 771541848815. if i did not go to the website today, i would not have known that the package is here already no communication whatsoever Its like they are setting you up to fail and pay penalties. There is no support or working customer support service just a BOT. im going to contact Mr Raj Subramaniam via my likeden and direct him to hellopeter to see whats going on with there comany in south africa.
I am deeply disappointed in you guys, after seeing all the good reviews I thought this is a good reputable company oh boy was I wrong…. I did an online order on August 2, 2022 at 5:42 pm Order number #7033. All the items selected showed in stock it’s now more than a month later and I still have not received all my goods, best part is you did not even notify me that the order will be a partial order, I sent 4 emails to yusufkarani@icloud.com during the month to find out what’s going on. And you did not even bother to respond that is very unprofessional in my opinion. Please pay my ousting orders money back. NOTE I would caution other online buyers to be wary of this company.

I’m deeply disappointed with Takealot and their service, kindly note that this is not the first incident we had with them anyway, we ordered an MP3 player with same day delivery costing us an additional R120 to get the player delivered order 93490136., the delivery came and low and behold, no Mp3 player just the box, earphones and a usb charger the MP3 player is missing . We reported it immediately to Takealot and its now 7 days later with no resolve. All they say we are investigating and will send you a sms with a return date; we get referred from department to department. The end user must suffer the inconveniences for paid items and loss caused by thieving and dishonest Takealot employees . I have been waiting weeks for my order that was ordered form takealot, Order 71574085 sms received from takalot with conformation on deliver 6th of May 2020 and no explanation why the package was not delivered nor a new delivery date its truly pathetic service. You cant phone them because no one is answering due to COVID19, only email we got our first response 8th of May 2020 they will look in to it , today is the 11th of May 2020 and still no package, the response today from Cher Titus at takealot is that the package was delivered at the wrong address they will get the courier company to go an collect it, i don't want second hand things now, people whom sign for things that is not there things should be prosecuted its as good as theft and fraud.
I joined Clientele legal in 2014/04 and have never claimed and used there services until now 2019/10 when i needed them most for help that im paying for at a high premium . Firstly they don't respond to your emails, and when i final got a hold of them via email, case number P0881795 the person whom responded to my email give me useless unhelpful information that does not even make sense, i don't think they have read the email that i sent or the attached documents with regards to the problem i have. Professional lawyers i don't think so. I have written back and said "Your email does not make any sense, i don't think you understand the situation correctly this guy broke contact and lied about the work that he had done. Up to now no response from clientele legal and i guess i will not get one, seeing all the complaints on Hellopeter.
I have placed an order online on the 23rd "MAK710480" and payed for my goods, its now the 29th and my order is still not processed. Nobody is answering at the online call centre for the last 2 days now. The phone keeps on ringing. If you phone the national call centre thy don’t help you at all, after I have explained that situation there reply call the online centre. So whom do we call if there is no support at all? I’m very disappointed in you Makro your online service sucks big time. Im taking this to the news paper and ombudsman. You better contact me I want my goods.
I have submitted my tax on the 1st of July 2017 and done so every year, now you come and say my 2009 tax is not submitted on my IT34A that’s why im not getting my tax rebate, go on your system and open your eyes its there on the system I can see it with in my tax submissions history under the E-filing system and it has been submitted. You’re a very sad company shafting us the lawful abiding taxpayer, looking for excuses not to payout our had earned money that you owe us, I file my tax every year I have never missed my tax submissions now you come with bull. Shame on you pay me my rebate !!!!
