Karoo Cafe - Lynwood Road client service

My husband and our son went to the Karoo Cafe in Lynwood Road Pretoria . My son had a hamburger . Upon discovering that the plastic wrapper around the burger has not been removed - my husband called the waitress - who told the manageress . Nobody came to replace or apologize . The bill was then produced - which my husband paid ( to my dismay ! ) - my husband spoke to the mangeress - she replies “ oh sorry I was told - but I forgot 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. Not cool Karoo Cafe .
