ava_rose clothing - it’s a **** !
PLEASE be aware !!!!!! ava_rose clothing advertised on instagram and facebook IS A **** !!!! They advertise the most beautiful products - but when they arrive 2 months later are CHEAP ******* from China 🇨🇳. The sizes completely wrong . I spent a fortune on 2 pairs of shoes . They are absolutely terrible . Not as advertised at all 😿.

Home affairs systems always down !!!!
I wrote a great review last week . Only to find out my finger prints did not register . Having returned 5 days in a row to correct ✅- systems down each time 🕰️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤬.

Karoo Cafe - Lynwood Road client service
My husband and our son went to the Karoo Cafe in Lynwood Road Pretoria . My son had a hamburger . Upon discovering that the plastic wrapper around the burger has not been removed - my husband called the waitress - who told the manageress . Nobody came to replace or apologize . The bill was then produced - which my husband paid ( to my dismay ! ) - my husband spoke to the mangeress - she replies “ oh sorry I was told - but I forgot 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️. Not cool Karoo Cafe .

Old Mutual disaster
I tried to get a retirement annuity policy that was due to be paid out arranged . What a nightmare . Old Mutual your call centres are pathetic ! One holds on for hours just to be directed to the wrong department or disconnected . I am now eventually going into one of your offices to see if I can’t see a HUMAN BEING who can help me . I will not do any further business / life / RA products etc with Old Mutual . I hat a frustrating experience.

Worse customer I have ever experienced.
I paid premiums for3.5 years. When my car was stolen on 31 August 2022 the best they could do was call me 3 times since then demanding premium payments. And send an email. I phoned customer care after the second time to ask them to stop but would you believe I got another call the same day! Worse customer care in the world. I would stay away from using this company at all costs.

Telkom - pathetic !
8 days later and still no joy with Telkom - disconnected and been to the Telkom shops 5 times . Still now joy . Shocking 😡😡😡😡

Cielo- BAD SERVICE
Shocking customer care . Delivered incorrect chairs and incorrect colour . Been 6 weeks and STILL not received my return order . Will never purchase from them again .
