HORRIBLE STAFF AND SMOOTHIES

Your staff attitude is gonna be the downfall of this establishment in SA. They act like they are doing us a favour. The Kauai in Milpark is terrible. The staff had such a horrible attitude last week, despite my attempts to be friendly with them. What’s disheartening is that I saw how friendly with the white guy who bought before me so I'm not sure if it's about colour, gender or what because I'm a black girl. The worst part is that they are black women too.

After this terrible service, I got a smoothie that I had to blend myself when I got home because it wasn't coming out of the straw. It was as if they’d mixed the ingredients in the cup with a straw and given it to me without using a blwnder. The smoothies at the Milpark branch are terrible compared to those at other branches, and my friends have confirmed it but the one I got last week was my final straw because I’m almost sure they did that on purpose.

I’ll definitely be making my own smoothies at home after working out at the Milpark Virgin Active
