Online shopping issues with Dis-Chem
I have realised that a lot of companies seem great until you place an online order with them. I placed my 3rd online order with Dis-chem on Friday using my online account but now I can’t even track or get an update on it because the very same account says “account couldn't be created due to information mismatch” when I try to log into it. Tried calling and sending emails to the support team but they don't seem to be bothered.0 replies

Horrible company!!!
Spent over R50 airtime since last week Thursday trying to contact them with no luck. They'll just play music for you all the time. I doubt they have any call centres. Today it's Tuesday and I still can't reach them regarding my parcel🚮0 replies
