Something has to be done with this issue because we spend our money there

KFC Gryanston drive employees are very rude and are treating customers like gabbage, especially there's a Pedi lady who works night shift there she is very rude and don't know how to talk to people. She's shouting at the customer's and the don't even have name tags on.... Something has to be done about this and I'll even make sure that I follow up on these because I have never received such poor customer service in my entire life and they do not even have a Managers in store when you ask for one, I mean what type of business is this?
