Something has to be done with this issue because we spend our money there
KFC Gryanston drive employees are very rude and are treating customers like gabbage, especially there's a Pedi lady who works night shift there she is very rude and don't know how to talk to people. She's shouting at the customer's and the don't even have name tags on.... Something has to be done about this and I'll even make sure that I follow up on these because I have never received such poor customer service in my entire life and they do not even have a Managers in store when you ask for one, I mean what type of business is this?

My Matric Certificate
Hello Peter my name is Lovey Sambo I rewrite my matric June 2016 and I went to Department of Education at Jhb the combine my result then they gave me a statement and the say I must come after 3 weeks, after 3 weeks they told me to come after 6 weeks but they didn't helped me until today, last year early I asked them if I can talk to the manager and she also ask me to come after 3 weeks but she never helped me she only told me that my certificate has error and she will try to help and she gave me her number when I call her she responded once and she never responded my calls anymore her name is Thandi. I also decided to go to Pretoria on October to ask for help but they didn't helped me the told me that I must go to Jhb it's only them whom they can help. Am stacked I need help I need to study further at Unisa last year they told me that in order to register me they need my certificate, when I apply for job they need that certificate while I have it but they refuse to give to me please help me hellopeter
