Very unhappy customer
The gentleman that was at till first of all didn't want to work when we got there he said he was going to the garage, clearly we were keeping him from doing what he wanted to do but work. Ordered a twister and when I got home the lettuce was brown and clear from last year I could not eat it at all.

***** & Money laundering
I went to kfc yesterday, on theri recipes we are being charged in us dollars and not rands, its either they are doing ***** or money laundering on the speed pints of those self service.I sendtbthem an email to their customer care they al**** saying my number 078 672 5428 is going to voicemail. Even today their customer care department has not called me nor emailed me back regarding my complaint. I have send them my proof of payment receipt as well as my order recipes.

KFC Greyston drive Sandown
I just ordered a meal on Mr D at KFC Greyston drive but the meat was off taste and the fries were cold as old like yesterdays... I am really disappointed that's what they do when you order online give us yesterdays left overs meals š¤®š”š”š”

Poor service
Very bad service. I ordered from their app and my food came missing when I call them now they dropping my call and mind you I paid for that but I am very inconvenienced now. This is very bad cos Iām a black man

Something has to be done with this issue because we spend our money there
KFC Gryanston drive employees are very rude and are treating customers like gabbage, especially there's a Pedi lady who works night shift there she is very rude and don't know how to talk to people. She's shouting at the customer's and the don't even have name tags on.... Something has to be done about this and I'll even make sure that I follow up on these because I have never received such poor customer service in my entire life and they do not even have a Managers in store when you ask for one, I mean what type of business is this?
