I just ordered a meal on Mr D at KFC Greyston drive but the meat was off taste and the fries were cold as old like yesterdays... I am really disappointed that's what they do when you order online give us yesterdays left overs meals 🤮😡😡😡
I have been paying extra R70 on my normal premium plan for extra 1GB, 30min talk time and 20 SMSes but however Rain been allocating 2GB instead of 3GB, 60min instead of 90min and 100 SMS instead of 120 SMS and they still can't return me to normal premium of R624 while I'm paying R694... When they call they hung up
The baddest service they have and the poorest collection service, I missed the payment on June month and I did call in to set up monthly payment arrangements on the outstanding payment, then I was forced to settle the arrears in 3days of which I didn't have, I paid July, August, September and October then yesterday I received an SMS as a reminder of the outstanding payment then I had no Internet access till now without even calling me to arrange the arrears while I did pay last month in October... This a bull**** of a service they have I even regret recommending it to my 4 colleagues nxah yall must get qualified collection agents and have a proper arrangement system
I have never received the worst experience from Bestmed I have a damaged spine disc I couldn't walk last week on the 5th of July I was in hospital were Bestmed couldn't want to approve my admission, the agent told the hospital receptionist to tell me to come to the phone while I can't even walk... I told the receptionist to tell the agent to call me on my cell number however Bestmed agent advise will send an email with questions for me to answer that time they only have my work email address, how can receive an email while I am hospitalised... I was given two choices to go to public hospital or be discharged and go home, I was discharged even now I am still in bed I can't walk and I can't wait to tell everyone at work using bestmed my poor experience
I bought Tecno Spark 5 at Mr Price last Friday I dropped the phone and cracked the layer coving the rear cameras, I took to the store so that they can take it back to supplier to fix and I'll pay for damages however they told I have to call 0870980850, I did call but the agent answered was not helpful told me the manager not there is on lunch to charge the damages and I should wait for their call even now still waiting, what do I do now because I can't take the phone anywhere else for repair
During the unrest protest Jabulani Mall Ackermans was a victim of looting, I had a laybuy for my upcoming new born baby and it was also looted however there is no communication from the company regarding our laybuys when I call the headoffice I get transferred to different departments and sent an email last month now there is no response, this is all bad service and going for ombudsment they will be charged for poor communication to customers
