Appalling service

On the 28th December 2025, I went to KFC Greenstone the one opposite Tiger Wheel and Tyre. I was in their drive thru. I waited there for over an hour waiting to place my order. The time was around 22:30. When I eventually got to the window to collect my order, zi asked the lady who was assisting us why is it taking so long, she told me that there's only two of them on duty. She didn't have her name tag on, when I asked her name, she just looked at me, and she never gave her name.

I do understand that is holiday season, they want to give their staff time off to spend with their families. On the other hand they are compromising the service and putting us customers at risk for waiting in a queue outside for a long time. Im mentioning that because there was a guy who was loitering around there by the drive thru. It was scary because we didn't know who was this guy and his intentions.

When I got my order the meat was cold, I thought maybe the meats was in the stove hence the long wait. I mus say the service there was appalling, and it was not the first time receiving poor service in that particular store, especially in the drive thru.

I hope next time when I visit your store, the service will have improved. Im sure it won't be anytime soon. I was traumatized.
