**Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Service at KFC Hebron Mall Pretoria**
Dear KFC Management,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Hebron Mall branch in Pretoria on [09/08/24]. As a regular customer, I have always valued KFC for its convenience and quality. However, my recent experience was deeply disappointing and has left me concerned about the standards of service at this branch.
During my visit, I encountered extremely rude and disrespectful behavior from one of your staff members, Conny Nguena, at the drive-through. As I was placing my order, I was repeatedly cut off with a dismissive "Are you done?" despite the fact that I was still speaking. This level of impatience is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role.
I specifically requested that my Streetwise orders include a wing, drumstick, and thigh, as I was purchasing these meals for a hospital patient with dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, my request was met with silence and a continued display of disrespect. When I inquired about this attitude, I was again ignored.
In addition to the poor customer service, I ordered 10 Dunked Wings and two strawberry milkshakes. When I asked about the milkshakes, I was abruptly told that there was no ice cream available, without any explanation. I later learned that the dairy machine was not working, which should have been communicated in a more respectful and professional manner.
Furthermore, I observed that the staff handling the food at the drive-through window were tossing the takeaways carelessly, and the general impatience displayed by the team was concerning. This raises serious questions about food safety and the overall well-being of customers. Additionally, the fact that the card payment system has been out of service for over two months without any resolution or update is highly inconvenient.
I am deeply concerned about the possibility of these negative attitudes translating into compromised food safety. As a regular customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive a level of service that reflects KFC's commitment to quality. The experience I had at the Hebron Mall branch was far from this standard.
I kindly request a formal response to this complaint, as well as assurance that these issues will be addressed. If I do not receive satisfactory feedback, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to consumer protection agencies.
