Unfair and Pathetic service

Bought 9 pieces of chicken for supper and when we got home, we later realised that it's only two pieces inside the bucket. Went back to store and we advised that the footage shows 9 pieces being packed but they can't show us the proof. We paid full price but got less meat.

This is totally unacceptable and were advised to call customer care. We spoke to Lindokuhle who was very unhelpful
