I feel staff needs customer service training I went to the outlet and ordered coffee standing there for so long not knowing what's taking time for the staff member to come back and give my money back no apology for the inconvenience just my money and that the machine is not working. No communication that we are having issues with the coffee machine. That level of service is appalling for a big franchise like KFC. Really not impressed the attitude towards customers not on at all.
