Rude Cashier MURENDENI

If there was a zero honestly I’d rate KFC in Phumulani Mall a zero. I’ve never experienced such appalling attitude from one of your Cashiers her name is Murendeni. I went there now in the morning to buy a wrap and she didn’t even greet me, I asked about the play promo she said rudely that there is no play and when she brought my wraps she rudely said ‘bring your slip’ and I then asked her to ask me nicely and she stared at me I asked for her name because her name tag was turned and not visible she said and I quote ‘ if I don’t want what will you do. I then asked the lady cleaning there and she asked that I check the slip and that’s where I saw her name. I’ve never felt so disrespected by a person. KFC has lost a customer that’s to Murendeni. I work in the center also with people and this is purely unacceptable.
