Experienced very rude and unprofessional Customer Service from a cashier called NOXOLO

I went to KFC Sandton at 8:30 am, when they have the breakfast menu displayed. I got to Noxolo who was the cashier and asked her if it's possible to order a bucket for 1 as it wasn't displayed on the breakfast menu.

She indicated that it would be possible, and my order was processed. As I was waiting for my order, I decided to go to the bathroom. When I came back, it seemed as though my order was ready for collection. When i went to collect Noxolo deliberately walked past me, assisted other customers while i stood there waiting. she then looked at me and said she called my order number out several times and I wasn't there. I then asked whether I was not supposed to go to the bathroom and she insisted that she had called me several times.

This is extremely unprofessional and rude more especially because I wasn't asking her to go beyond her call of duty. It felt as though, according to her, i wasn't supposed to go anywhere, but stand there and wait for my order and that I deserve to be ignored and wait for her to decide when I can get my order.
