no willingness to assist

very unsatisfactory service at kfc mandela square ,very ad customer service

i purchade a 9 piece bucket and they prepared my bucket and left it on the counter instead of calling y slip number they continued to assit other customers from the drive through.i had to ask the gentleman at the till about my order.didnt even bother to apologies even after asking for supervisors name`.customer service is very poor.staff not showing willingness to assist.
