Horrible service both online and in store!!! I am extremely disappointed on the 29th of November I placed an app order for delivery around 12pm in the afternoon. An hour after I placed the order the store calls to say that the order has to be canceled as they are not able to get a driver now mind you this is an hour after I've placed an order that this is communicated to me. I then said ok it was said that my refund would be in my account with in 72 hours. On the 3rd I had yet still to receive my refund I went into to the store to buy something then asked to see the manager showed him my communication and he said I should send a WhatsApp I did and no response. Even at the store they got my current order wrong and I told them that I am very fond of that brach but now it's disappointing first my non delivery and now no refund and now they didn't give me my full order of food that I have ordered and to get home and the thighs weren't fully cooked.
