I've had it with this KFC . I Have failed more than 1 complaints, been to the store myself 4 times now spoken to 2 different managers we kept on saying they will call be back for my own money they owe me on a delivery order they canceled due to not having a driver and Mind you everytime I go to the branch I still support with another purchase after the horrible service treatment I've been getting since December 3rd. I will no longer be driving after my own money and continue to support KFC!!!!

I've had it with this KFC . If this app had a zero star that's what I would of chosen, they have extremely bad service...there card machines stay out of service there drive through is always closed they are always short staff...I just ordered a 10piece family treat I waited 1 hour for only to get home to find 5 wings in the bucket with 5 pieces of dry chicken...they are pathetic ans seriously need to upgrade there service

Horrible service both online and in store!!! I am extremely disappointed on the 29th of November I placed an app order for delivery around 12pm in the afternoon. An hour after I placed the order the store calls to say that the order has to be canceled as they are not able to get a driver now mind you this is an hour after I've placed an order that this is communicated to me. I then said ok it was said that my refund would be in my account with in 72 hours. On the 3rd I had yet still to receive my refund I went into to the store to buy something then asked to see the manager showed him my communication and he said I should send a WhatsApp I did and no response. Even at the store they got my current order wrong and I told them that I am very fond of that brach but now it's disappointing first my non delivery and now no refund and now they didn't give me my full order of food that I have ordered and to get home and the thighs weren't fully cooked.

My wife and I was celebrating our 32 Wedding Anniversary yesterday{4/9} and instead of making supper we decided to have KFC for supper. When we arrived at the KFC Mitchells Plain Westridge drive through the was 4/5 cars ahead of us. when it was a\our tern to place our order we where told that we could not place our order for 4 adults because they are closed due to a shift change. This is not the 3rd time this has happened to us at this KFC. What I cannot understand is they claim to be open 24Hrs. Does this only happen in Mitchells Plain or does it also happen in Camps Bay, Waterfront?

I genuinely don’t understand how this KFC stays in business. Without fail, every single weekend the drive-thru is out of service — again. It’s become a predictable disappointment. The staff clearly can’t handle managing both walk-ins and drive-thru orders, so instead of adapting, they just let the drive-thru sit useless while frustrating anyone who pulls in. It’s like they’re actively pushing customers away. At this point, they might as well shut down the drive-thru permanently and rebrand as a walk-in-only outlet. It’s honestly such a waste. I just went there now, and in the short time I was there, three different cars either turned around or drove straight through without ordering. We had to go to another KFC — because really, who wants to go inside when the whole point of a drive-thru is convenience?

So today I ordered food for my kids as always, while waiting I decided to go bath the one, order was set to be delivered at 3h30 I saw a miss call from a kfc line called back the line was dead, decided to call the call Centre for assistance as no food was delivered. The guy I spoke to stated he will look into it as the delivery guy stated he had delivered the food I was and still am waiting for someone to call me back tried calling back was busy speaking to a gomotso in the delivery department the line disconnected till now no1 have contacted me and I had paid for the food..... I'm so ****ed it is now 4 hours later and still no food
