So today I ordered food for my kids as always, while waiting I decided to go bath the one, order was set to be delivered at 3h30 I saw a miss call from a kfc line called back the line was dead, decided to call the call Centre for assistance as no food was delivered. The guy I spoke to stated he will look into it as the delivery guy stated he had delivered the food I was and still am waiting for someone to call me back tried calling back was busy speaking to a gomotso in the delivery department the line disconnected till now no1 have contacted me and I had paid for the food..... I'm so ****ed it is now 4 hours later and still no food
I purchased a wonder bar today, after having open it ... The bar was white?!?! So this is what customers get for the money 2nd time I've come across something that I wasn't happy with the first time I emailed the manager and till today not even an apology so instead of complaining to the same people who ignore you I decided to take this route. The service you rendering to paying customers are seriously becoming ridiculous Do something about it
Its been just over a week that my service is off, i lost a week as the actual service expired today i was told by a supervisor that someone would contavt me instead i get a response via hellopeter stating its a network issue it is friday and noone has sorted out the issue nor as a consult by the name of fifi called me this service is pathetic i want my refund and to be removed so i can join another sp asap
Ive been try to getting my wifi sorted since last Wednesday It is monday again and yet i am unable to connect to the wifi, Friday i was told technical support would contact saturday called again and was told someone would call me before 3pm. It is day 6 and tomorrow my service expires!!!!! WHY AM I HAVING TO CONTACT YOU GUYS FOR A SERVICE I PAID FOR AND NOT BEING ABLE TO USE IT... It's been over 2weeks trying to get my Mitchell's plain fibre sorted.... I was on the call being transferred from pillar to post last guy I spoke too was sibongile a few minutes ago was support to be transfered to sales support and guess what the call drops why is it so hard to get my fibre sorted u got my money but I can't use it so in total you have an r800 of my money and yet it's so hard to get my wifi which I paid for sorted this is really pathetic if you don't want to activate my service then give my money back
So I've been trying to purchase a a fibre voucher since 2nd September with no luck.... They responded to a post on the 2nd saying wha I need to do, I followed the instructions and showed them what the error was still being unable to purchase a voucher, I sat on the call with them today for 33mins and guess what I get told by a sales consultant I need to wait for my existing voucher to expire then to call them back tomorrow between 8am and 1pm then they can assist me to purchase a voucher.... 2 people same issue and noone can assist.... First they refuse to give back a r400 I paid incorrectly into their account now I'm having issues with buying vouchers so disgusted with the type of service I'm receiving from mweb
<p>Almost two years ago my account was closed and you guys requested certain documents which I did not feel comfortable enough to share... and decided to bc create a new Facebook account.... over the past 3weeks I've annoy log onto my Facebook account via a a computer or another cellphone device as it states you are buddy reviewing some documents.
