I genuinely don’t understand how this KFC stays in business. Without fail, every single weekend the drive-thru is out of service — again. It’s become a predictable disappointment. The staff clearly can’t handle managing both walk-ins and drive-thru orders, so instead of adapting, they just let the drive-thru sit useless while frustrating anyone who pulls in. It’s like they’re actively pushing customers away. At this point, they might as well shut down the drive-thru permanently and rebrand as a walk-in-only outlet. It’s honestly such a waste. I just went there now, and in the short time I was there, three different cars either turned around or drove straight through without ordering. We had to go to another KFC — because really, who wants to go inside when the whole point of a drive-thru is convenience?
