I have been waiting for a Shien order more than a month now, there service is bad and pathetic, all my Christmas items are in there, and just no package delivered, I experienced this once before with them and didn't bother to order from Shien again because of them , I thought i would give it another try and BOOM this bad serviced people delivering my Stuff again , WHY ARE THEY SO DELAID compared to the other Couriers , i need my stuff urgently
If this app had a zero star that's what I would of chosen, they have extremely bad service...there card machines stay out of service there drive through is always closed they are always short staff...I just ordered a 10piece family treat I waited 1 hour for only to get home to find 5 wings in the bucket with 5 pieces of dry chicken...they are pathetic ans seriously need to upgrade there service
I will not suggest anyone to take a will out with Capital Legacy, then again it remains your choice...My mom had a will with Capital Legacy and so did my dad. Mom and dads will was done in June 2016. Mom sadly passed away on the 1st September 2019 , when we contacted capital legacy to process the Will she has left, it was deemed not valid as her signatures was not on the copies they had saved, please bear in mind i was told that everything was in order when the final will was submitted....this was not the case and just had to take it as it comes as i was in the wrong as the daughter. We managed to sort this out after about 9 months of struggling and updated my dads will accordingly since mom passed away. on the 15th of August 2024 my dad passed away, all paperwork was sent the next day to capital legacy once we got the death certificate, a guy lucky assisted me with the reading of the will and explaining of the process and he was very professional and did everything on time and efficiently. once this was done the estate was handed over, she Ashleigh who I have been struggling with since hand over, my father had a policy with Hollard, that I only found out 2 months after his passing, by this time they already placed it in the gazette and wouldn't pay any funds out to any family member as law advices they need to pay it into the deceased estate and I was all good with this information. I told Ashleigh about this in October when I received the paperwork from Hollard and what must be done. today is the 28th of March 2025 and this matter has still not been resolved, still waiting on Hollard to payout after my one-to-many follow ups with Hollard it was confirmed in October of last year that the documents Capital Legacy submitted for the claim was missing a signature, after me telling Ashleigh this since October 2024. mid-February 2025 this finally was understood by Ashleigh, and guess what no funds paid over to cover some of the cost I was dealt with and I refuse to pay anything until this is resolved and waiting on a updated L&D account. She is bad in communications and never replies to any emails unless i ask the same thing twice days later. I'm so Fed up with this people, loosing someone you love, and having someone to assist you with the processes should be less painful as the grief is already hard to deal with, this Odeal should have been done months ago .
If this site had a no star option that is what I would of chosen...they don't even deserve the red star that's how poorly bad there service are to clients....I am waiting on my order to be delivered since the 8th December 2023 after me paying customs 2 days before that...how in the hell can this people service be so bad and still I'm business, I would say no one would understand the dissapointment and frustration I felt when I saw shien is using aremax to deliver my parcel...everyone that ordered way after me received there goods with Buffalo...within the time frame of 10 to 15 days....I don't even want to mention how much customs was , seems like they over charging with customs to stay in business, bcoz seriously I order often with shien but never did Buffalo change me over 1k for customs, and yet this is the 2nd time this happens to me with aremax as they did the same thing to me last year same time...there service is beyond poor...and I hate the fact that I have to deal with them to deliver my goods that I paid for, seriously if they can't provide a service they shouldn't take the job...
It has taken me more than 24 hours to write this review in search of maybe finding the rite words or maybe trying to make sence of that took place on Wednesday at pick n pay promanade in mitchells Plain...so I'm standing in the line, waiting like all the rest of the shoppers and customers as this is the rite thing to do... This was like after 4 the afternoon, obviously pick n pay is full everyone needed there groceries, I collect the good I need stand behind a women patiently waiting to get to the till point to pay, only for this random female who came out of nowhere, like nowhere telling me that she was standing in the que behind this lady that was standing Infront of me... And I'm like sorry I have been standing here for atleast 5 or 10mins and the women Infront of me said nothing of anyones place that she was keeping, the women bursting in is stubborn and adimint that this is her place... With this going down I'm telling her I am not giving space because the line behind me got longer and really this is unfair to the rest of the customers who was there... An argument broke out where my finance stepped in telling her the same thing I said she was not in the line as he was there with me and stepped away to get a bread(that was eaten on properly by a mouse) that we actually had to leave.... With all of this back and forth I resulted in Going to ask the Manger to assist... Not helpful at all... 1st when I got to the office he was on a call, I waited a minute or so when explained to him what was happening he didn't seem interested at all, he didn't even seem to want to help... With this I asked him to please fix the matter... He walks with me to the line we standing in and he asks the lady to please move and she tells him no... And he asks her does she work in the mall as she had on KFC cloths on and she replied yes... He turns to me and my finance telling us there is nothing he can do, this happens so often that there even broke out a fight before because of this taking place.... And if we would like to fight then we should fight and he politely walked away with absolutely no, no solution to this issue...Trevor was the store manager on duty he is the one we spoke to.... I was angry I admit and so ****ed at the fact that this was not dealt with accordingly... What and how would pick n pay have had done should there have broken a fight OUT? I DID MY DUE BY NOTIFIYING MANAGEMENT AND HE BASICALLY GAVE US THE GO AHEAD RI FIGHT.... my word how would pick n pay have helped me should anything have happened to me.... Imagine the lady hurt me physically and what would trever have done? This is pure disgust this only happens in pick n pay, I would appreciate feedback on how this will be dealt with especially with Trevor as nothing was resolved there was no conflict resolution.... I had kids and a family to go to and I had to feel this way in a pick n pay I often visit... I know the customer is not always right but this upset me and I'm wanting a solution... U should know that should the matter have escalated in pick n pay after I notified management and it got physical I would have gone to court, I want a answer on why this needs to happen, why did it have to end this way coz he allowed the women to be helped before me coz they work in the same mall
I have canceled my contract more than a month ago with telkom did the whole cancelation process as requested online yet they still debited my account. Telkom. Is so quick to sell you something and take your money but they lack customer service honestly I am so tired of telkom and will never Want to use there services ever again
I am disgusted and disappointed with the service I am receiving from Samsung. This is a huge company with many achievements yet the service they render to a cleint is poor I have been emailing them for weeks possibly a month now and have asked them to email me regarding the query complaint I have laid and nothing I have been promised ear buds with a cellphone I have purchased and up to this day I have received nothing as the option to redeem the ear buds from the Samsung phone that was bought was never an option on the Samsung membership application. As I have read many reviews with regards to the matter only to find that there application for Samsung members was down I really just want what was told I would be getting this was apart of my package and yet they making everything so complicated
I can't stand dealing with telkom. At all. I have been trying for months to cancel a contract that ended in May already yet they keep debiting the account I have requested nemourous times for a call back or for someone to reply to my emails and no such luck and cannot understand why I am having to upload my ID just to cancel the contract online this is personal information and a Inconvince for me I would think it's a delay process for the cancelation just to get more money Really cat stand telkom and it's services I am done and will never want anything from. Them again By the way I'm still struggling to cancel and another debit is due so wasting my. Money
