I've had it with this KFC . I Have failed more than 1 complaints, been to the store myself 4 times now spoken to 2 different managers we kept on saying they will call be back for my own money they owe me on a delivery order they canceled due to not having a driver and Mind you everytime I go to the branch I still support with another purchase after the horrible service treatment I've been getting since December 3rd. I will no longer be driving after my own money and continue to support KFC!!!!
Horrible service both online and in store!!! I am extremely disappointed on the 29th of November I placed an app order for delivery around 12pm in the afternoon. An hour after I placed the order the store calls to say that the order has to be canceled as they are not able to get a driver now mind you this is an hour after I've placed an order that this is communicated to me. I then said ok it was said that my refund would be in my account with in 72 hours. On the 3rd I had yet still to receive my refund I went into to the store to buy something then asked to see the manager showed him my communication and he said I should send a WhatsApp I did and no response. Even at the store they got my current order wrong and I told them that I am very fond of that brach but now it's disappointing first my non delivery and now no refund and now they didn't give me my full order of food that I have ordered and to get home and the thighs weren't fully cooked.

You guys honestly don't deserve even 1 star , your staff are disgusting. I understand the policy of a sale while stock last but please explain I was at 2 of your stores today at Food *****s Bothasig , there was no oil stock understanding but as I come out of the store staff members are coming out with more than 4 bottles and it was 3 staff members, then at Food *****s N1 city a staff members enters the ale with me and sees that there is no stock . Not longer after while in the till line she stands behind me and has 6 bottles of fish oil , I go back to check and the guy in the ale and tells me no there's no stock they are waiting on tnr truck. So where did the 6 bottles appear from for the staff member.
Terrible driver and there’s no way of getting the drivers information this is the second time a driver has driven off with my change and it’s disgusting I will no longer make use of this service life is to expensive for people to still take what is not theirs.
Pathetic bank service honestly have been fighting for my own money for almost a week now speaking to 5 different agents with no help how do you treat your customers like this Capitec. My last agent just dropped the chat on me without giving any helpful feedback I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know to move banks period
Honestly the most frustrating situation I’ve ever experienced with a checkers. Yesterday Saturday 29 June 2024, I was at Checkers CC Langverwacht at the money market to redeem a Capitec Money Cash sent after doing everything the cashier hand me the money as I’m awaiting to sign for the money she asks for the money back as it says on her system auto refund now I completely understand what that means but I was explaining to the cashier and admin manager that on my app it says pending and that the money is not in my account I also explain to them that they are asking me to leave the store not knowing where my money is and that I do not live in the area I live a distance from where the shop is and I’m only here today because I was in the area but live far. The admin manager said that I should give it 24 hours now I’ve done that money still just says pending I tried to redeem it at the atm it said error I then tried calling the shop at 6pm after calling 3 times the call was answered and I asked to speak to the Admin manager after waiting almost 6 mins on the line I was told his not available busy with a customer now it’s an hour later he still has not called back. Extremely disappointed as I still do not know where my money is!!
Terrible company, honestly been calling them since yesterday and wait and wait in the queue for almost 30 mins at a time with each call with no answer .Old Mutual should be ASHAMED!!!!
