Oily chicken and hair in food.

I hope this email finds you well.

Im utterly disappointed in this entire meal I bought from KFC on 27.05.26.

Firstly , my chicken and chips was so oily I could hardly eat it. Secondly I found a hair in my dunked wings.

Is this normal? Is this the service KFC provides?
