In November 2025, I came across a Toyota Rush advertised on AutoTrader and Cars.co.za and requested a call. I was promptly contacted by the exceptionally friendly and professional sales representative, Mr. Clement Ngongoma, who guided me through the process with great care. All payment arrangements were handled smoothly and efficiently by Ms. Pumeza Magidela, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a wonderful discount from the Manager, Mr. Pierre. This was my first time purchasing a car online without seeing it in person, and KIA Ballito exceeded my expectations in every way. The car arrived exactly as advertised—and it drives as good as new. It has taken 3 occasions to (hopefully) repair small issues like brake shudder, strong smell of oil and pull off shudder….the cost of brake skimming was quoted at R2000 when I can get it done elsewhere at R600 and below…. WOW make at profit but don’t try and rip me off…..

I usually deal with KIA umhlanga but I moved to Ballito recently and used KIA Ballito. It was Excellent service from this dealership. Especially Mervin from the service department. Brought in my vehicle for a service and for a repair a few weeks later. Top notch service

Traded in a Renault for a KIA Sportage at KIA Ballito in November 2023. In May 2024 the KIA Sportage gearbox broke down. KIA Ballito took the car in to repair. 2 weeks later KIA Ballito called to say come fetch the car they have no idea what's wrong. At my own expence of R23000 I had the gear box repaired at Gearbox Centre in Durban. I then sold the car privately. I then bought a Toyota from Toyota Ballito. They tried to register the Toyota into my name only to be told that the Renault that I sold to KIA Ballito was still in my name and a fine and penalties were now due. 7 months after selling the Renault to KIA Ballito, the car has never been dealer stocked.

Traded in a Renault for a KIA Sportage at KIA Ballito in November 2023. In May 2024 the KIA Sportage gearbox broke down. KIA Ballito took the car in to repair. 2 weeks later KIA Ballito called to say come fetch the car they have no idea what's wrong. At my own expence of R23000 I had the gear box repaired at Gearbox Centre in Durban. I then sold the car privately. I then bought a Toyota from Toyota Ballito. Changing cars is a daunting experience, both for the buyer and his family as they shop around trying to find the best value for money deal with minimum risk and with the expectation of a good and honest service. I can in all honesty say that I have experienced an extremely HIGH Level of service from KIA BALLITO. The sales executive that I dealt with is Shikaar and the F&I manager Shireeza. They both are living up to the KIA BALLITO customer service promise. Many dealerships put up fancy slogans on their websites and all over the dealership’s walls, but very few live up to them. KIA BALLITO is totally different and the level of service that I received from them will guarantee that I will contact them first when buying my next car. I saw a vehicle advertised online at this dealership. I was a bit sceptical, but I sent through a query and had Shikaar call me back almost immediately. Shikaar took the time to understand mine and my family’s needs and structured a deal for me. His manager Loretta offered me the best trade in offer on my car and gave me the new car at a much lower price than other dealers. Their finance lady Shireeza has excellent negotiation skills and got my finance approved at an excellent rate. I was surprised when I got insurance quotes as this was higher than I expected and Shireeza offered to get me quotes which were in line with the quotes I got. Due to the high insurance cost I could not afford the instalments but Shireeza further negotiated with the bank and got me close to prime interest rate which lowered my instalment and made the vehicle affordable for me. I was pleasantly surprised when I took delivery and found my car had been fitted with brand new Mags and tyres. This was a big gesture on their side and not something many dealers would do, as most dealers main priority is to make money and customer satisfaction comes second, but KIA BALLITO puts customer satisfaction first as Sales manager Loretta clearly showed. It has really been a pleasure dealing with Shikaar and Shireeza and I am extremely happy with the high level of service that they both provided to me. The service was more than I expected and Me, the customer was their top Priority. I would highly recommend anyone to buy their next new or used vehicle from KIA BALLITO as you can be assured of getting the excellent quality service that they have to offer. Well done to the KIA BALLITO team. I will definitely continue to support your dealership in the future and I will refer many clients to your dealership.
