Great experience and service from Jan at Sunward Motors. Didn't even see the car before buying it, as that is how easy the process and trust factor was.
We prearranged to go to the dealership on Saturday to look at a vehicle (Mercedes A200), which couldn't even start. The SALES manager then proceeded to quote me on a BMW x1 @ R349 900, to which we agreed we would like an official quote on the vehicle first thing Monday morning. We were then told this morning that the price the Sales Manager (Yaseen) is not the price of the vehicle and he is absolutely not interested in keeping to his word or giving any form of service to rectify things! I cannot believe that the sales lady (Cecelia) and the Sales Manager would represent the Imperial Group with the absolutely terrible service they give! I will be sure not to use the Imperial group in any of my vehicle dealings going forward due to the complete lack of customer service and unhelpfulness of the dealership.
I see that my Planet Fitness membership has been cancelled due to \non payment\", which i cannot understand, as everything has been fine for the last 9.5 years and nothing has changed on my side for there to be no payment. I have called vitality and then get transfered to the billing department who cannot help and then get transferred back to vitality. Tired of being transferred from contact center to contact center and just want this resolved now so that i can get back into the gym without them giving me a hard time.<br> Please could someone resolve my issue and get back to myself and Planet fitness today about this so that i can resume my gym contract. I signed up before 2010, therefore i want the pre-2010 benefits reinstated on my policy.<br> Please kindly treat this with urgency.<br> The reference number when i called was 4383997637"
I know that the Dion Wired Card is administered through RCS, but I bought a fridge from Dion Wired on a Dion Wired Card (RCS). I then went back a few days later to settle my account. The assistant at Dion Wired called through for a settlement figure and the full amount of the settlement figure was paid on 25/09/2015. I then received an account from RCS saying I still owe them R100.01. They had not included the activation charge in my settlement. I don't see how I can be help responsible for this and will take this to the Ombudsman if needed. I definitely do not recommend anyone getting a Dion Wired Card or any sort of RCS card as its just a rip off!!! I want the account closed!

I arrived on Monday 12 October for a nights stay at Sun City which my girlfriend had booked for us at The Cabanas for my 30th Birthday. We were told kind of (not escorted) where the room was and we battled to find the room due to all the construction going on at the place which really makes things difficult to get around. Our room was on the side of the resort where all the construction was, which I don't think was fair. To get to the reception was a mission every time.<br> Then there is the bar, which we go to at 5:50 just to be told the kitchen had closed, yet they only meant to close at 6pm. We battled to get a barman to make us just one drink.<br> The breakfast was okay, probably the better part of the stay.<br> But overall impression of Sun City and The Cabanas was not a good one, and I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone.
I need to cancel my Telkom line and my ADSL. I have moved houses and the area i moved to does not have any Telkom Infractrusture. Please cancel my account, as i am not having any joy with the call centers oor the email address's i have emailed about this. I have been trying for a month now and the que's in the Telkom stores are so long that it takes hours to try get any assistance.<br> <br> My Account number is 519900244901
I signed 2 OTP's (as per the advice of the agent) with Chas Everit on a property i wanted to purchase and was told the first offer was declined as the owner wanted more. What the agent failed to tell me was that the offer met the amount that the seller wanted, but didn't include the agents full 7% commission (R139 650). The commission on the initial offer would have been 4.4% (R75 000). Most places, more reputable, only charge 5% commission nowadays. The owner even stipulated in the OTP that other agents that has sold places in the complex did so at 4% commission (I have a copy of this email). <br> I don't feel the agent was transparent when saying what the reason was for the offer being declined and now i am being held to my second offer, which i would not have submitted if the agent had been forthcoming with information. I know the commission is not paid by the buyer, but it is affecting the selling price. There was not even marketing costs on this unit. <br> If this is the way Chase Everit deals with things, i will not be selling one of my units or buying a unit through them.
