NO PAYMENT AFTER 10 MONTHS
My son did a shoot for this agency in July 2017 which until today we did not receive payment. we have made numerous attempts by calling and e-mailing them with no success. I have spoken to Lucy who has now blocked my number as I tried to get hold of her again. There answer is always we will get back to you before close of business but they never do. There office numbers don't work any more. I was given a number for a Nelly who handles the accounts but the phone just rings. The number is online on whatsapp but no answer when you call. My wife received a e-mail stating "we were not aware at the office that payment has not been processed". this is after many calls from me and e-mails. its obvious that my number has been blocked which is very suspicious. If only we could get some positive feedback from this company it wouldn't have reached this point. The fact that we have to contact them all the time just made things worse.

NO PAYMENT TO DATE
My daughter has been used for an ad in Sept 2017 and it has been advised that it would take about 120 working days for the payment to be received (by Jan 2018). I have mailed the agency in Feb 2018 to confirm and it has been advised that the production company has not released the funds and therefore no payment was received. It is almost 8 months later and to date no payment! This is unacceptable!

I have mailed the agency in Feb 2018 to confirm and it has been advised that the production company has not released the funds and therefore no payment was received. It is almost 8 months later and to date no payment! This is unacceptable!

Kidz2000 is trash
My daughter is registered to an agent called kidz2000 in durbanville ever since she started with them we always have a problem when they have to pay us we were told to wait 90-120 days I had to write a long e-mail demanding my daughters money when you call them they will tell you the person who deals with the accounts is always out of the office, now this is the second incident they are doing the same thing um still waiting for my daughters money since last year November I've sent another e-mail I was told they will get back to me I'm still waiting, they are to quick to schedule shoots and calling my daughter but they don't wanna pay. I am a very irate client Please email Lucy at ********** . I dont deal with payments and accounts thanks del This is the feedback I got from del who always book my daughter for the shoots Please assist this is beyond me now

Last year November he did the colgate ad but we never received the payment for it the ad is already on TV. Ive been calling them they told me that there was something wrong with the account number, mid June i gave them my account number. They only deposited the amount of R435.00 which is not the amount that we agreed on. Please help me</p>
