Today I've a very disappointing experience with Mcdonalds. They are running a promo: WHEN MEALS ARE UPSIZED YOU GET FREE NUGGETS I have purchased three meals and upsized them all. When receiving the food, the lady who assisted advised everything is in the bag (before we could check) and trusting this we left. When I arrived at home - there was no nuggets. I drove all the way to Durbanville already and could not go back to Parow Centre just for nuggets.
Attention Management!!!!! I made a lay-bye on the 08/10/2018, I've been paying this lay-bye on a monthly basis with no problem. So i go to the store to collect the lay bye and to my surprise the lay bye could not be found. I was told to wait 2 days for someone to get back to me as a lay bye stock take was in process. Still after waiting, no one got back to me and still no lay bye! PLEASE TELL ME HOW IT IS ***N POSSIBLE FOR A LAY BYE TO GO MISSING IN A STORE ROOM BECAUSE EVEN THE MANAGER OF THIS STORE COULD NOT EXPLAIN THIS??? I had to contact the store myself just to find that I could only get a refund and a discount on the items that I will take in place of the ones lost! I am utterly disappointed/DISGUSTED by this as this was a method of saving time and not going to the shops during this busy period... I will make sure no one makes lay-bye at parow centre again..i will also take this to social media so that people can be aware of how stupid and in competent the staff are at the parow branch. Furthermore i will be taking my business elsewhere. I will keep you updated with the social media posts, as this is totally unacceptable! ****ed off Client.
So as confirmed with the accounts department, payment has been scheduled for 26 April 2018. Today is the 30 April and to date no payment. This is ridiculous.
In my last communication to this company, it has been confirmed that payment has been scheduled for Thursday (26 April 2018). Today is the 30th and yet nothing reflects. This service is ridiculous
My daughter has been used for an ad in Sept 2017 and it has been advised that it would take about 120 working days for the payment to be received (by Jan 2018). I have mailed the agency in Feb 2018 to confirm and it has been advised that the production company has not released the funds and therefore no payment was received. It is almost 8 months later and to date no payment! This is unacceptable!
