Called and spoke to a very nice receptionist who transfered me to a sales consultant lady that was pathetic , clueless and doesn't deserve to be actually employed, lady had attitude from the minute she answered the phone and failing to answer my questions she hang up, if someone doesn't want to be at work they must resign and give other people a chance to be employed.
You must never pay with your card , bolt is horrible, they do not refund your money Pathetic service
I took a contract with these people last year in February, and I missed a December payment. Already, they have collected the car, stating that there are no arrangements that they are willing to provide. I never defaulted on these people, not even once. The staff is very rude; they literally speak over you and do not listen. They also charged me R3000 for penalties. Terrible company, if you ask me. I hate them. I wish the company could close. They are horrible.
This morning I had to call Capitec With an enquiry .. first consultant answered and said it's not in her department, got transferred to a consultant name Rose , she dropped the line and never bothered to call me back after verifying my details 2. I called again still got transferred to different people and finally the person I spoke to said will have to stop my card while they do their investigation regarding the transections I know nothing about.. on top of that when I got to the branch I will be charged R70 for another card .. I requested to speak to a manager who sounded as clueless and kept saying she can't hear me after waiting for more than 25 min on hold for her ... Capitec needs to train people and actually hire people that are desperately in need for jobs .. the employees are a joke ..team leader never bothered to return my call either...no customer journey or service at all ... I actually want something done with this Matter if not I will escalate it until Capitec fixes their staff
This school suspends kids for missed payments by parents, they are failing to provide a contractual agreement which states they have a right to suspend kids for non payments.. then the nerve from the lady in so called finance to tell me that she does not want to speak to me because I didn't sign agreement with them ...the level of incompetence and lack of knowledge is pathetic... I'm taking this matter to department of education..
We have make a claim for funeral since 29/12/2020 , no pay out , and they just provide moc as email , its a disgrace
Nedbank has the most untrained staff who get away with putting customers on hols and hung up if they cant resolve issues , I spoke to 2 consultant , one of them is name Ellen, Ridiculous and hopeless , when ever Nedbank consultants introduce themselves them mumble they names because they know they have so much to hide . PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE THAT REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING .....
Very incompetent team leader by the name of Ashley Pillay, she sounded so scripted and clueless , consultants need proper training they can't even leave Notes
the worst Medical Aid scheme ever, Rude consultants that Lack product knowledge, i had to speak to 5 people, all of them have different understanding and answer things differently. the most annoying part was when the Team Leader By the name of Attosa returning my call to confirm that procedure for my Son was not gonna be accepted because i ddnt Disclose the condition prior to taking up the Scheme. And how could You disclose something u are not aware of ???? because i only a pediatrician was able to assume the problem , Hence he sent me to professional as well to get more clarity. Its so annoying and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone . THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING
Very incompetent , Lazy, not willing to meet peoples expectations. cant recommend it to anyone. they only care about themselves more than their clients. POOR service.
