Bad Customer service

I used to work at Knead Sanlam Head Office Bellville. Untill I experience attitude from the staff serving customers. Dragging feet and just take their time and unwilling to serve on time.

When i complained. The supervisor in defense of that claimed that they short staffed when everyone would be standing around doing nothing and just look in my face and not serve me.

I have stopped going there. I would never recommend it anymore. go to sustain rather.

I guess thing such as good customer service will only be realized at such times when Resturants are closed. Learn to value every customer and treat them wth respect so that they may return.
