Rude manager and cold sides.

Absolutely dissapointing service with rude manager. Went to have a meal on Sat 2 May 2025. Food arrived not prepared as requested. The Sides were cold. Rose came and apologised and brough hot sides . The Manger name : Muzi was absolutely rude arrogant and abrasive. We were told that we could take a smoke and exit from the veranda door to street level. He came and shouted and performed as to WEHY we used that door since it was an emergency exit. Trying to reason with a fool was not worth the effort. Will never go back to Le Kreamery Illovo or recommend them.
