Place an order at your own risk

I bought a Shampoo and a hair foam online from the company's website. Upon delivery I realized that they have sent me a wrong order. Instead of the shampoo and the hair foam that I've ordered, I received a hair brush, a wave builder and a black powder.

I then immediately alerted the company via the email address that appeared in their confirmation email after placing my order, but I received no response. Two days passed and I tried to follow up with a phone call but their number was not going through. A few days later I tried their enquiries email address and up to so far, there's still no response. I'm very disappointed at how easy it is to place an order on their website, yet once they have your money and you need to contact them to address a problem, they're impossible to reach and they simply don't respond.
