Free missing LEGO pieces replacement

I would like express my sincerest gratitude for the wonderful service I received.

My neighbour claimed that my son lost her son's LEGO pieces and demanded I buy a new set. I then went onto the LEGO website to see if I can't order the missing pieces only to find that they do replacements for FREE. I went on and ordered the pieces (even added extra just incase she looses them again) and they were shipped and delivered at work for free.

So, thank you for your prompt assistance and wonderful service, You bailed me out of a very crazy situation.
