I recently bought a MX Kinesio tape which gave me an allergic reaction. I made this known to the sales rep and the key accounts manager but they said they were aware. They said the one I purchased has common complaints and they were working on it. They told me to buy a gel and apply in on the affected area. I never got any feedback since. They claim it is HYPOALLERGENIC.
To be completely honest, I am not pleased with the service I received from them. But because of Riaan, I am giving them this rating. This guy goes above and beyond for customers. He understands what customer service is. He made sure I was assisted from the beginning to the end. Covered his team's incompetencies by making sure all the queries were resolved and the customer is happy. Thank you for your kindness, effort and all the help Riaan. You really do keep Zelri running. I don't think it would be where it is if it wasn't for you. Alot of people sang your praises while queing at Grand Central Towers. You are phenomenal.
I would like express my sincerest gratitude for the wonderful service I received. My neighbour claimed that my son lost her son's LEGO pieces and demanded I buy a new set. I then went onto the LEGO website to see if I can't order the missing pieces only to find that they do replacements for FREE. I went on and ordered the pieces (even added extra just incase she looses them again) and they were shipped and delivered at work for free. So, thank you for your prompt assistance and wonderful service, You bailed me out of a very crazy situation. Thank you!! Thank you!! Thank you!! Also, it's really good for people to know this especially those with children who LOVE LEGO, this information would be very helpful to them (if they didn't know).
2022 I lost my job and had only a few months left to complete my rental. A couple months later I received a WhatsApp message from Deal-Flow attorneys informing me that my account was handed over and I needed to make payment or return the goods. I explained that wouldn't be able to make payment so they come and collect. I gave the person my new address but nothing was done thereafter. A year later my bank account is frozen and the bank tells me it's due to ***** so I call the South African ***** Prevention Services only to find out I have been Listed by Teljoy. I call Teljoy to follow up and they tell me the account is with the lawyers. I contact the lawyers and they tell me they have been trying to contact me. 1. They have wrong the email address and wrong contact numbers. 2. They have been contacting me on wrong details which is why they couldn't get hold of me and I never received their correspondence. So, it's incompetence on their side for contacting the wrong person and listing me unfairly. I then asked to make an arrangement to pay the arrears in 3 months to get my name off the listing and they refused. They threatened me to say I will be listed for 10 years. Unfortunately I find this VERY unfair and VERY abusive. They are not willing to reach a compromise and account for their mistake. I do understand that they did try reach out to me before listing me BUT they used wrong information and I never got any of those correspondence messages otherwise I would have made an arrangement then. The listing was done by Deal Flow. They are threatening me and refuse to reach an agreement. they demand full payment now which I cannot afford. @Teljoy please look into the matter and reach a compromise because to some extend you are also at fault. Please have someone in management contact me so we reach an agreement and have this resolved. You are tarnishing my name. It is actually tarnished because now I am listed as a *****ster and my bank accounts are frozen. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!! UNFAIR TREATMENT!! NO CONSIDERATION OF THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSE!!
