Bad Service from Lens Glass
Representative came to have a look two months ago. Still waiting for quote, even tried to encourage with follow-up sms. No communications and overall bad service from so-called oldest establishment in the Helderberg.

Service delivery at a cross roads
Initial experience was one of hope and then! Within 24 hours the glass fit specialist was at my house in Herm**** promising to fix the problem within a week as it is a relative small issue. First appointment got cancelled by SMS and thereafter calls to the office in Strand and discussing possible future dates with Jo-Anne and promises that she will call me back with a date never materialised. I have made calls to Jo-Anne 16, 17, 18 21 (twice) September 2020 and none of these calls were replied too. When I asked the person that answered the telephone at Lens Glass to provide me with the telephone number of the owner of the company I was advised that they do not have it and I can talk to Jo-Anne, needless to say the phone got switched off and 5 minutes later I received an email stating that Lens Glass Strand cannot assist me any further. I already obtained a quote from Lens Glass for work to be done at my house in Somerset West, however I will seek the assistance of another company! What started off so good ended in a way and manner I just cannot comprehend.

Efficient and top class service from Lens Glass Strand Western Cape
We live in Helderberg Village on a golf course and an amateur golfer hit a ball and cracked our double glass front door (1.8m x 1.3m} window. The glass was measured the same day and 3 days later a team replaced the window and cleaned the area before leaving. Lens Glass are both reliable and efficient. Frank Reuvers
